JM Heating and Air Conditioning is a family-owned business, based in Dublin and has been in business since 2008. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician, driven and career-minded that is looking to grow with our company. Qualified candidates should have the following 1. 2 to 3 years experience as an HVAC technician, which includes but is not limited to experience with furnace installs and service for residential systems. 2. Must have or be able to acquire own tools within the first 15-days of employment. 3. Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule, that includes potential start times of 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, and occasional work on Saturdays as needed. 4. Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and be able to work independently with minimal direction.
