(Email Resume or Call) We are seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee project planning, scheduling and budgeting. Ability to multi-manage a variety of projects from start to finish and be knowledgeable in construction remodeling industry; including but not limited to: -Proficient in reading blueprints/plans is a must -Bilingual in English and Spanish a must! -Efficient team leadership/management with subcontractors -Conduct frequent quality control for all stages of project work/production; having daily reports/instructions to subcontractors Responsibilities: -Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation -Allocate resources for assigned projects -Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, city and county officials and clients -Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the original plans and specifications. Qualifications: -Must have construction experience -Must have customer service experience -Must have strong leadership qualities -Strong negotiation skills and client/customer-oriented -Excellent communication skills -Project Management/ time management -Energetic and motivated to be an asset to the company -Willing to acquire CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson License WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT FIT.
