Your rain barrel must be picked up at the location and timeframe noted in the confirmation email. This giveaway is for City of Los Angeles residents only, and proof of residence is required (utility bill) along with a photo ID. One rain barrel per household per calendar year; duplicate reservations will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel or change event details without notice. Disclaimer.
