The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping The Oxford facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered to ensure quality and a positive experience for our guests. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN SEATTLE. Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional weekends We are looking for people to join out team who are upbeat, friendly and motivated. Building Maintenance includes the following: -Inspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. -Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures. -Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC. -Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. -Plan and schedule repairs and coordinate with outside vendors as needed. -Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. -Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies. Unit Maintenance and Quality Control includes the following: -Inspect corporate housing units using the quality assurance checklist to ensure the unit is guest ready -Set up new equipment, perform troubleshooting and exchange internet/cable equipment as needed -Replace or restock any missing items from the unit -Perform minor cleaning tasks prior to guest arrival including but not limited to vacuuming -Perform occupied unit inspections to document any damage -Complete all daily work orders -Communicate any unfinished work orders to manager. -Maintain tool bag inventory -Make minor repairs necessary to meet quality standards -Assist guest with the movement of personal belongings -Install air conditioner units as needed -Install blinds/shades -Perform bed conversions including making the bed -Assemble guest welcome bags -Perform touch up painting in the units A qualified applicant will have flexibility with regard to work schedule, attention to detail, ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and have the ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
