In this 90 minute class you’ll learn how to make infused liquors with mint, rum, and gin, how to curate three instagram worthy craft-cocktails using infused liquors, all while elevating your stirring and shaking techniques, flavor combinations, and more. In this class you'll shake up three craft-cocktails: Black Berry and Mint Rum, Cucumber & Basil Gin, and a delightful citrus vodka. In this class you’ll learn: How to use professional bar tools How to prepare your ingredients Learn how to make infused liquors Learn how to make 3 signature craft-cocktails with infused cocktails The focus will not only be learning how to prepare these delicious infused liquors and how to incorporate them into craft-cocktails, but also widening your understanding of infusions, learning industry secrets, and how to create instagram worth cocktails to impress your friends and family. This is an in person event that will be hosted indoors at the Texas Bistro. Tickets must be purchased. Attendees will be provided with all the ingredients and a take home mixology kit.
