Contact: Osvaldo at (786) 322-0506 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform in-home measurements and installations of our custom window treatment product lines; primarily roller/solar shades, Roman shades and drapery, as well as wooden blinds and more. Ability to learn motorization installation and programming techniques. Leave a positive lasting impression with our customers by demonstrating how to use the product before leaving the job site. Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the measurement and installation of window treatments. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 1 year experience with the use of a common hand, and power tools including, but not limited to power drill, impact driver and levels. Some experience with multiple types of fasteners, anchors and drill bits. Punctual, reliable and possesses a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and climb up and down ladders up to 20’ in height. Training available. Salary based on experience RESPONSABILIDADES DE LA POSICION: Realizar mediciones e instalaciones de diferentes lineas de cortinas: Roller shades, Roman shades and drapery, así como cortinas de madera horizontales y verticales. Habilidad para aprender a realizar instalaciones de productos motorizados y técnicas de programación. Mostrarle a los clientes el uso correcto de los productos antes de abandonar el lugar de la instalación. Mostrar iniciativa propia para desarrollar soluciones efectivas que permitan resolver situaciones que se presenten en cada medición o instalación. REQUERIMIENTOS DE LA POSICION: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia con el uso de herramientas de mano como taladros de impacto, niveles, etc. Alguna experiencia con el uso de diferentes tipos de tornillos, barrenas, etc.. Se requiere puntualidad, excelente ética de trabajo, integridad y actitud positiva ante los retos de trabajo. Habilidad de cargar un mínimo de 20 libras y subir y bajar escaleras hasta 20 pies.
