We are urgently looking for experienced janitorial supervisor with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial janitorial work. Preferably medical or hospital settings, or big office buildings. Must have extensive experience in working in a big building settings and ability to allocate work. This is a VA facility. It comes with full benefits. Cleaners play the most important role in our company – providing cleaning services to our clients. Under the general direction of the Operations director. the cleaning technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing client locations according to the cleaning specifications for the building. Cleaning tasks include but are not limited to, cleaning entryways, elevators, restrooms and public areas, trash removal, dusting, cleaning floor surfaces, cleaning and restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms and waiting areas. Must be able to pass background check. Must be able to work Monday to Friday. We have 1st shift (0700am to 3.30pm) Monday to Friday 2nd shift (3.00pm to 11.30pm) Monday to Friday, available to start immediately upon satisfactory references. You must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable cleaning supervisory experience. Successful candidates will start immediately.
