QUALIFICATIONS:
~Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
~Minimum: Six months or more related experience.
~Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
o Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
o Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen.
o Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
o Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
o Cleaning windowsills and internal windows.
o Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
o Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
o Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
o Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
