First Course will be Traditional Mediterranean fish soup from Marseilles Second course will be : Moules Mariniere from Iles de France ( Paris) 3rd Course will be : Lobster a L'Armoricaine from Carcassonne 4th course Vacherin a la framboise. Traditional meringue ice cream cake topped with raspberry Grand Marnier coulis.
