NEW HAVEN, CT — Police said a man's death over the weekend in East Rock was a homicide. The victim of the crime has been identified as 21-year-old Angel Luis Rodriguez of New Haven. Police responded to the call at 7:09 a.m. Sunday in the area of Farnum Drive and Orange Street. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the New Haven Police Department Investigative Services Division at (203) 946-6304.
