MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On February 9, David Salinas, of Milford, purchased a Mega-Millions ticket from Puff City in Milford and won $10,000.
