In search of band rehearsal space

Newly formed band needs to rent a place to meet and practice once per week, more than likely on Monday evenings from 6PM-9PM. Respectful, polite, non-smokers - just 4 to 5 older guys here looking for a room to play our instruments together and not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. We do not play loud and focus on 1960’s era music. Location preferably in Dunedin, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs or Southwestern part of Newport Richey. Facility will need electric, a/c and access to bathroom. Maybe you have a garage or storage building, a family room in your home, or know of a Church hall, a community center, VFW or American Legion Hall that would be willing to rent out space one night per week?
