WOODBRIDGE, NJ — New Jersey is now under a winter storm warning for Thursday, and Woodbridge schools announced that Thursday will be an all-virtual day for all students. "Due to the impending weather, tomorrow will be a remote instruction day for all students. All district offices will be closed. All staff will work remotely," said the Woodbridge school district. "All after-school activities are canceled." There is no word on Friday classes. The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for 17 New Jersey counties, including Middlesex, saying that snow and sleet accumulations could bring anywhere from 3 to 8 inches across the state. The storm could be a combined snow and ice storm, and could knock down wires causing power outages, according to the National Weather Service.
