This includes answering merchant questions and training merchants on how to use CrossCheck services. We are interested in candidates with a strong background in Customer Service, an understanding and appreciation for excellence. Essential Duties · Processing a variety of inbound and outbound merchant phone calls in an efficient, quality-oriented professional manner with a goal of a one-call resolution. · Ability to independently manage work load to ensure that work is resolved correctly, efficiently, and on-time · Saving/Retaining accounts to departmental standards Skills and Abilities · Excellent telephone/communication skills · Ability to type 35-45 WPM (A test will be conducted before the interview) · Able to multi-task, prioritize and easily adapt to change · Detail-oriented · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along well with others · Ability to work effectively under departmental pressure/stress situations CrossCheck, Inc., an established leader in the payment solutions industry, processes billions in check-transaction dollars annually throughout the United States.
