COVID 19 Vaccination Event for military members and their dependents.
To attend this event you must be an active military member or their tricare eligable dependent. Military ID or proof of tricare eligability and proof of age must be presented. Tricare eligability can be in the form of dependent ID with Tricare number or tricare certificate of eligibility. Dependents must be at least 18 years of age.
