Police: New Hampshire Man Left Dead Rabbits Outside Woman's House

MANCHESTER, NH - Manchester police are looking for assistance in locating Estevan Hincapie, 24, who they have issued a warrant Hincapie for criminal threatening and cruelty to animals. On Dec. 29, 2020, Manchester police responded to Hayward Street for a report of a domestic incident. The victim told officers that a man she knew had been threatening her via text messages and through those messages, told her he had left her a surprise outside her home. When she went outside, she found two severed rabbit heads on her car, according to Heather Hamel, a spokeswoman for the police department. Manchester police have provided a booking photo that was taken in 2017 by Nashua police.
