`Join a naturalist and learn about some of the common bird seen on the Indigo Trail. *All tours are led outside, but since 6 feet cannot be maintained while the tour is conducted, masks are required by all participants. By signing up for this tour, you are adhering to wearing a mask while on the tour. *Tours will not be conducted if guidelines are not met by all participants and the guide has the right to terminate the tour if deemed unsafe. Join us on a casual stroll down the Indigo Trail and ending at the Wildlife and Education Boardwalk to learn about some of the common birds of the Refuge. Meet at the flagpole in front of the Visitor and Education Center to begin your tour. Arrive before 10:50am to check-in and confirm your attendance. If not confirmed by 10:50am, your spot can be given away. This tour is limited to 10 individuals and you must bring your own transportation. Once all participates arrive, all will follow the naturalist onto the trail with free entrance for the program (no free re-entry). This program is scheduled for 1 hour but feel free to leave when you've had your fill! This tour is approximately 0.6 miles round trip and will cover both boardwalk and crushed shell tail.
