Supports CAPSLO’s mission by providing weatherization services directly for clients to help reduce utility costs. Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements: 1. Must have High School Diploma or GED. Level I: Requires a minimum of six months experience in home weatherization, home repair and/or construction. Weatherization background preferred. Level II: Requires a minimum of two years experience in home weatherization or comparable construction experience, and completion of Basic Weatherization training. Level III: Requires a minimum of three years experience in home weatherization or comparable construction experience. Must have own power and hand tools needed to perform work, including power saws, drills and hand tools.
