Press release from the City of Roseville: February 17, 2021 Xcel Energy is hosting a virtual open house on Thursday, February 25 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. to share construction information about a natural gas line replacement that will take place in Roseville in 2021. Xcel Energy is replacing the gas line under County Road B between Rice Street and Lexington Ave. as part of a system revitalization to continue providing safe, reliable natural gas service to customers. Construction on the County Road B phase of the gas line revitalization project is scheduled to begin in spring and continue into the fall (subject to change). Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, Xcel Energy is holding the project open house virtually.
