Need master plumber/ mechanical license

Looking for somebody with a master plumbing license and possibly mechanical license I could use for my sewer and water company for home warranty company work. I am experienced in both fields just haven't completed licensing yet. Obviously this would be a paid gig where we could work out a payment.
