Missing Black Cat with cerebral hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). Last seen 12/21/20 in front of the Retreat 138 Apartments I. Stockbridge, GA. Very friendly, seems walking up and playing with children. He is chubby, has a loud/distinct meow. All black He even is know right lick you like a dog I am still looking for my best friend. Heartbroken I look for him everyday. Please help me bring him home safely
