Independence Day Cleanup at North East Community Park On the Fourth of July The High 5 Cleanup Initiative will be assisting the Salute to Cecil County Veterans group with the post-firework cleanup. Fireworks are set off the night prior on the North East River while the community watches from the North East Community Park. The address provided is to the Upper Bay Museum on the water's edge at the park but we will be meeting in an empty pavilion to sign in, get supplies and assign areas. If you would like to volunteer or contribute, please e-mail [email protected] . Masks must be worn at the registration table and whenever social distancing is not possible unless with co-isolators. If you are sick, been exposed to someone who is sick or have been to a "hot spot" 2 weeks prior, please do not attend.
