We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to work for a local, family owned and operated lawn maintenance company, Kenny’s Lawn Service LLC. This is a great opportunity to work for a successful and growing small business in the northwest valley. We pride ourselves on customer service and quality of work, and have achieved Angie’s List Super Service award for five consecutive years. Responsibilities include: • Perform lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties (set irrigation timers, mow, weed eat, trim, hedge trimming, clean up, etc.) • Perform clean ups and miscellaneous labor tasks • Responsible for managing a team of laborers; motivate crew members • Drive a truck and trailer from job site to job site all day • Professionally communicate with customers Must possess the following qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years landscaping and/or lawn maintenance crew leader experience • Experience with setting irrigation timers • Ability to work in all weather conditions including summer heat • Professional verbal communication skills • Possess a valid driver’s license and have a positive driving record • Have a clean and legal record with a valid social security number In addition to the above qualifications, candidates will be required to provide professional references.
