We're a local health beverage company looking to expand our Weekend Farmer's Market team! We currently manage four different health brands, operating in Farmer's Markets throughout San Diego, Orange County & soon to be LA! No worries though, as long as you can make it to us in North County SD, all work will begin there, since we provide market transportation. Things have changed a lot over the last year, and Farmer's Markets are not exactly what they were. They are still very enjoyable, but much slower then before. It was much easier before, since we would have endless lines of customers... now we have to give it all we got in order to maintain good sales numbers! We need people who can bring super great energy to these slower Farmer's Markets! Someone who isn't afraid to work to bring people in. We need someone who is goal oriented, trustworthy, reliable and wants to do a great job everyday. We need people who are great with people, but also have a sales mindset!!! If you're shy or timid, this may not be the role for you. We love our customers, and are passionate about health & our products... but at the end of the day, we have to grow! This role requires the ability to start early mornings on Saturday & Sunday. We also host a team meeting on Wednesdays, which typically is from 7:30am - 9:30am, and this is required for this position. If you need another day scheduled for extra hours, we are also open to accommodate. We will also be opening up additional available time throughout the week, as we continue to expand.
