We have an immediate opening for an assembly line production worker. Basic Function: The Assembly Line Production Worker performs various procedures which may include: winding, assembly, solder, tin, strip and cut wire, glue, coat, varnish and use test machines. The production worker must read and interpret the work instruction and then complete the required process. They must maintain a quality standard that complies with the guidelines established by their supervisor; as well as with the instructions that accompany each job. Responsibility: The production worker has the responsibility to: 1. Keep safety foremost at all times; follow all safety rules and procedures. 2. Inspect their own work and insure that each job is completed 100% correctly every time, at a high level of quality. 3. Arrive at work on time, and return from breaks on time. 4. Do the job assigned as quickly and efficiently as possible. 5. Cooperate with your supervisor and other employees. 6. Keep your work area clean and neat. 7. 100% compliance with work instructions accompanying each job. 8. Read the work instructions and understand the work instructions. 9. Follow your supervisor’s instructions carefully. Minimum Requirements: - Must have high school education or equivalent. - The ability to measure and draw lines to length. - The ability to understand the concept of maximum and minimum.
