Description
Is it a new artistic voice you're looking to create, or merely an image you want to project? Recruiting only young women of color doesn't seem very diverse, much less open-minded. Don't fall prey to this social justice nonsense which is merely reverse-racism. It will not lead to cultural harmony, merely self-imposed segregation.
