We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Tech to join our team. Currently we are looking to fill a full time position for our apartment complex in Lancaster, CA. This is a full-time position with full benefits. Compensation is based upon experience. Qualified candidate will have great customer service skills, 3-5 years' experience in apartment maintenance, problem-solving skills, and clear communication skills. As a Maintenance Technician you will be directly working with all technical aspects of our apartment community. Skills needed to be successful in this position: • Excellent customer service skills required • Plumbing and light electrical repairs • Turning units to include painting, and/ or repairs, carpentry • Knowledge of all hand and power tools • Must be available for on-call rotation • Willing to help out at sister properties when needed EPA Certified a plus! HVAC Certified a plus! CPO Certified a plus! Required: • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance. This job will require you to use your vehicle • High School Diploma or equivalent is required • We are a drug/alcohol - free workplace and all candidates are required to meet our drug/alcohol-free and criminal background criteria.
