Established Property Management company is seeking a full-time Cleaner/Porter for numerous apartment buildings. Job duties include, but not limited to: *Regular cleanings of building common areas *Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and apartment space *Removing trash from special projects and garbage containers *Cleans debris from sidewalks *Trims shrubbery and cultivates flowers *Assists with maintenance installations Job requirements include: *Previous cleaning experience interior/exterior *Reliable transportation that can be used for work purposes *Proof of legal right to work in the United States For consideration, please send your resume and three references to the e-mail listed above.
