Looking for someone that’s willing to learn the installation methods I use to install carpet, laminate, lvp, hardwood, and sheet vinyl. I will be expecting you to prep, and clean up also, but I can teach you a trade that can make you a nice living if your willing to listen and work for it. Not looking for someone that already knows everything and isn’t willing to take direction and criticism when it’s needed. I’m looking for the right fit to grow with my company. I look forward to seeing if you’re up for the challenge. Vehicle and DL is a plus but not mandatory, especially if you are a hard worker. I do expect you to get to shop in the morning. I don’t tolerate drinking or drugs during the work day. I expect honesty and communication. If you say you’re going to do something make sure it gets done. It’s taken me a long time to get where I am with many ups and downs along the way. I will not allow anyone to jeopardize what I’ve built.
