Small construction company looking for hard working individual with innate "fix it" talent who wants to learn the construction trades. Experience is not necessarily required, but any of the following skills are a plus: carpenter/power tools, mechanic (can you fix your own car?), concrete or any other construction trades, a clean driving record, experience driving larger vehicles/trucks or operating machinery such as a backhoe, excavator, or skid steer. You will learn to do most if not all of these things if you work here. Must be able to read write and speak english and be willing to work outdoors, sometimes in wet weather, and often in the heat. This is NOT a desk job. It's dusty, sometimes muddy and almost always physical work.
