Boat captain wanted for one hour charter

I will be visiting Boston the week of March 20-27 th. I need a boat captain to take me out around Boston Harbor light houses for about one hour or less. My mother’s dying wish was to have some of her ashes spread buy one of the beautiful light houses around Boston. It’s only 2 tablespoons of her, not an entire urn. she passed away May 14, 2020 of Covid complications in the nursing home outside of Chicago. She used to always look at magazines at the beautiful lighthouse is there and always had a dream to visit but never did. Please contact me and we can work out the price and if you’d like I can pay you cash. All the tour boats seem to be closed down so I have to get this done. must have a reliable vessel.
