We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing apartment renovation, work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Painting, Carpentry, plumbing and electrical work  ​Qualifications: Honest hard worker, we will train the right candidate Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented We are a great company to work for...
