Skull Shaver is a small online business and we are looking for one person to help us in our warehouse with typical warehouse duties and order fulfillment. About our Company: - We are a fast growing small business with a family run atmosphere. It has been majorly successful, and our new product line directly addresses our most significant customer concerns. - We are an online business and do not have a retail storefront. - We have a very friendly and relaxed, work environment that promotes personal growth - We are a very supportive team and always open to ideas What you will Do: - Work in our warehouse from Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. You will primarily be working at our warehouse in Pennsauken, but may occasionally be needed in our Moorestown warehouse. They are about 10 minutes apart from each other. - Assist with fulfilling and dispatching daily orders - Assist with typical warehouse duties such as moving product, organizing, unloading and loading trucks. What you will Get: - Competitive hourly pay - Consistent, normal business hours (no weekends with occasional overtime weekend hours available during very high volume periods) - The opportunity to join a small business on the way up - A relaxed work environment that focuses on results, not statistics Requirements and the kind of person who does best here: - Must be able to pick and pack orders. - Must be able to work 40 hours per week - Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs - Experience with warehouse equipment preferred but not required - Must be within a reasonable driving distance from Pennsauken, NJ and have reliable transportation to and from work. - Punctuality is an absolute must. Being on-time for shifts is a key qualification for this position - Someone with an upbeat attitude. - Someone who takes pride in their work and is driven by the desire to do the job well. Everyone is available to help, but you will not be micromanaged. - A candidate inventory management skills is a big plus - Someone who can listen well, and provide insight and advice based on their experience. As a small company, everyone has a voice. We are always working on new ways to improve the company and listen to all ideas. - Someone willing to grow with the company. As a growing company, we will need people to handle new responsibilities and opportunities as they come up.
