We are currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Trainee. The Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance duties. Works as a team participant along with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by our company. Must Be Eager to learn. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK **PLEASE SEND A RESUME** Job Duties include: Assist Supervisor with special maintenance projects as necessary. Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free from trash and debris Work closely with management and the Maintenance Supervisor.
