Need 2004 F150 Mot

I have a 2004 F150 that I need a motor for or need the motor rebuilt. I will not pay up front and I need some kind of guarantee I have been burnt enough. Currently the timing chain is broken and has busted the timing chain casing. The motor has a knock but the truck was still running good until the timing chain issue. I will take a rebuilt motor, I will be ok with having my motor rebuilt or just another motor someone may have. Payment says $1 but that’s only because I’m not sure what someone may have to offer.
