Custom Drapery and Blinds (www.cdabbyme.com) is a fast growing Minnesota window treatments company. We are looking for installers to put up blinds, shades and draperies. Experienced installers would be welcome to apply, but we are open to training people who are ready to work and fit our brand. We pay $20/hr for trainees with quick raises possible as you learn. Experienced installers can make a larger hourly rate based on actual experience and other factors. You will be paid during training. Tools can be provided by the company. Candidates will also receive a monthly mileage stipend and cell phone stipend. Full-time installers receive 3-weeks paid vacation per year and the opportunity for a health care stipend. Candidates must be able to: - Pass a background check - Have a valid driver's license, insurance and vehicle - Be dependable - show up at all appointments on-time and with a great attitude for the customer - Be able to work with a cell phone and a tablet to answer e-mails, set up appointments and transmit information back to the home office - Learn the craft of window treatment installation and grow your skills as you learn - Take great notes and communicate back to home office & sales teams as needed - Get along well with our team but operate independently most days
