The chosen candidates will receive 4 to 8 weeks of paid, intense on the job training. - No experience necessary - Auto body repair/painting experience a plus - Drywall/painting experience a plus - Spanish speaking a plus Qualities we are looking for in a Team Member: A quick learner, who is organized and neat Take pride in your workmanship with precision and accuracy Can handle yourself on your own in the customers home or job site in a professional and trustworthy manner. Have a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to deliver high quality refinishing and repairs. Requirements: Valid Drivers License Reliable and insured vehicle - you will have to have your own vehicle, mileage reimbursement Must be capable and like driving in the Metro Able to handle minimum to moderate physical labor - sanding and spraying, leaning over tubs and counter tops, kneeling, carrying equipment and supplies from vehicle to job site and back.
