Rudeen Management Co., Inc. is seeking a fulltime year round Landscape Technician to join our team. This individual will work closely with Property Managers and Community Managers to help maintain the curb appeal of our properties. We value integrity, accuracy, reliability and teamwork. Ideal candidate will have the following capabilities: · Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, including but not limited to curb appeal, vendor and inventory management, and preventive maintenance · Keeps an updated record of inventory ·Collaborating with the Regional Maintenance Supervisor. ·Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, and vendors. ·Compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC ·Consistently leads by example ·Must be able to communicate effectively with all team members QUALIFICATIONS · Proof of eligibility to work in the United States · High School Diploma or Equivalent. · Reliable transportation · Ability to stand & walk for several hours at a time. · Being able to work independently with slight supervision.
