We have been in business for over 40 years and are currently looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual with extensive knowledge and ability to diagnose, and repair 2-cycle & 4-cycle engines used in landscaping and small construction. HUSQVARNA EXPERIENCE A PLUS Primary Responsibilities (included but not limited to):  Diagnostic troubleshooting and making major and minor repairs on a variety of gasoline, small engine equipment such as mowers, blowers, weed whackers, chainsaws, etc.  Break down/repair equipment, blade sharpening, new mower set up, and general mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.  Complete service reports and parts orders in an accurate and timely manner.  Effectively communicate shop needs/concerns with management personnel.  Abide by company guidelines and safety policies.  Respond to all customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.  Must be able to work independently without being supervised.  Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements:  High School Diploma/GED Equivalent  Effective written and verbal communication skills  Excellent problem solving and analytical skills  Be able to lift 75+ pounds  Ability to read and interpret complex schematics  Must show up on time and ready/willing to work  Drug free Compensation & Benefits: • Wages dependent upon experience • Medical/Dental/Vision with generous employer contribution after 90 days • Matching 401K after 60 days • Employee discounts on purchases • Paid vacation after one year • Paid holidays after 60 days Monday - Friday, 8-5
