Our Company has been servicing the (below the hook) lifting and tie down industry for over 40 years. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, positive, and a personally motivated individuals who display a high level of integrity, and a strong work ethic to join our team in the manufacturing department where we fabricate wire rope, rigging gear, etc. Job Duties Include but are not limited to: FABRICATION: Single and multi-part slings Barge, winch, and other products Braided slings Crane Pendants Stud assemblies Wire rope nets Grommets Socket pouring Zinc/Resin Hand Splicing both wire and synthetics Chain assemblies Chain belts All associated products TESTING OF PRODUCTS TO INDUSTRY STANDARDS MAINTAIN A CLEAN, ORGANIZED SHOP SUPPORT OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS REQUIRED OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED Requirements:  High School Diploma/GED Equivalent  Must speak, read, and write in English  Basic math, add & subtract fractions of an inch on a tape measure down to 1/32"  Ability to be certified to operate forklift  Able to operate small equipment and swaging machines.  Able to meet the high physical demands of the duties assigned  Must show up on time and ready/willing to work  Drug Free Valid Washington State driver's license a plus Compensation & Benefits: • Wages dependent upon experience • Medical/Dental/Vision with generous employer contribution after 90 days • Matching 401K after 60 days • Employee discounts on purchases • Paid vacation after one year • Paid holidays after 60 days Monday - Friday, 8-5
