Apartment Maintenance/Handyman needed!

Hello, We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (only supervising yourself) for an 82 unit complex located in the Lynnwood area. These are the duties that we are looking for experience in: Unit turns- repairing cabinets, closet tracks, latches, hinges, knobs, towel bars, bathroom vanity's etc. changing locks light plumbing leaks/troubleshooting source of leak light electrical-replacing light fixtures, heaters, outlets Unit work orders-replacing water heaters (usually an emergency) clogged garbage disposals clogged toilets, sinks, tubs drains etc. leaky faucets, shower heads etc. Anything a Resident can break, those are the things we have to repair Light Appliance repair, knobs, burners, heat elements and broken handles. No Major Appliance repair needed Grounds- Daily walk of the grounds, parking, front door entries, landscaping, pick up garbage, report issues to Manager Vacuum necessary areas daily when needed Scheduling outside Vendors- Calling carpet cleaners, housekeepers, carpet installers, plumbers, electricians when they are needed Following up with Manager on all repairs and work needed or completed on site We have a sister property that has a pool we need help with at times, pool experience is a plus but not required This is a small property that requires you to have the emergency phone. There are not very many emergencies that come up. (maybe once a month) Manager can take the emergency phone for PTO days and planned days off. Requirements- Honest, motivated to work, able to communicate with Residents and other Employee's. Daily meeting to discuss work for the day. You need to be on time to work, checking in with Manager when arriving, going to lunch, leaving to get parts and leaving for the day. You need to be accountable for the things you are getting done and do the things you are asked to do. We are not asking for too much here, just an honest days work. Background check and drug test required. Looking to hire as soon as we find the right person. Pay is between $18-23 per hour depending on level of experience. Medical/dental/vision after 60 days.
