Inspect, test and repair all parts of Hot Tubs, Fireplaces and related products. Trouble shoot issues with the product that maybe electrical, plumbing or water quality in nature. Evaluate and advise customer on the appropriate course of action. Accurately document the repair paper work and turn in completed documents and work orders. Maintain water chemistry for customers. Keep service van clean and neat at all times. Maintain a clean neat appearance at all times. Other duties may be assigned from time to time. HVAC certifications preferred High School Diploma or equivalent The purpose of this job description is to serve as a general summary and overview of the major duties and responsibilities of the job. To be considered for this job you must; Have a clean Washington driver's license. You must submit to a back ground check and drug test. Tools to perform the tasks of repairing Hot Tubs. This would include volt meter and a verity of good hand tools. Have well rounded knowledge of electricity including 110 volt, 220 volt, low voltage and plumbing. Be highly motivated to deliver a world class customer experience to our clients. Speak and write English in a clear manner. Be willing to attend factory certified training programs from time to time. Complete on-line certified factory training when it is offered. HVAC and CPO certifications preferred High School Diploma or equivalent You must show Pride in your work and feel good about a job well done.
