Welcome to Rudeen Management. Rudeen Management is excited to be offering an opportunity for you to bring your skills for property maintenance when you join our team. We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to serve our Northern Idaho Properties.
Key Job Responsibilities
Performs maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision consistent with Company standards and direction from the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager
Assist with administration of maintenance functions, e.g. tracking inventory and work order filing and turn units
Maintains a high level of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, and Home Office
Compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC
Must be able to communicate effectively with all team members
2 Years of maintenance experience preferred.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent, college and/or trade school preferred
Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting
Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
Available to be “on-call” when asked and promptly respond to work order requests during assigned periods
Proven organizational and time management skills
Valid driver license, automobile insurance, and working automobile
Ability to read and write English; speak English and understand spoken English
General understanding of the Microsoft suite
