Timberline Rd (just 2 minutes South of Centerra) Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: The schedule will be Monday-Friday, with a guarantee of 40-45 hours/week. Most days will start at 6/7:00 am, and your end time will either be 1:30 pm or 5/6 pm. Nanny will have some shorter days, and some longer days (10+ hours) but you’ll always know your schedule a few weeks, or more, in advance. About the Family: · They have two sweet, active boys; a curious 4-year-old who is in preschool 2-3 days/week, and his adorable little brother who’s just over 2-years-old. Both boys are into animals, trucks/cars, playdough, swimming and playing outside. · Mom and dad both work very full-time, with variable schedules, so they may be home here and there. · The family has two indoor cats. · This busy, but close-knit family is looking for a gentle, loving nanny, who can stay with them for years to come. They have strong family support, but they rely on their nanny to be there, and take care of their little ones, full-time. About the Job: · All standard nanny manager duties including meal prep/light meals, drop off/pickups, organizational projects, laundry, light tidying up. · Child-related driving is required, and mileage reimbursement is being offered. · All standard benefits, including 3+ weeks of PTO, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered · Standard vaccinations required, including the flu shot. The Ideal Candidate: will be patient and always err on the side of kindness with the boys, will be consistent and help them stay on a flexible daily schedule, have a good understanding of different developmental milestones and be willing to learn with mom and dad. Further, candidates with experience caring for two children at once is a must! These little guys are busy and active, so a nanny who can keep up with them and has a lot of energy will be best suited for this fun job! Desired Start Date: February or March, 2021 (looking for the best fit!) Rate of Pay (Gross): $17-$22/hr BOE AND.... Location: Timnath, CO Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: You will receive your schedule 4-6 weeks in advance, so you can plan ahead and take advantage of days off! The schedule may include some longer days, some half days, and even week days off—it’s dependent on the parents’ work/call schedules, and each week will be a bit different. What is consistent is that the nanny’s hours will typically fall between 6 am-6 pm and they will need one overnight about every 6 weeks. This thoughtful family will happily guarantee 40 hours/week, even if you work less! About the Family: · They have an (almost) 6-year old daughter, who is in Kindergarten and loves piano, ballet, and adores her dog! Her younger brother, who is 3.5 years old, is in preschool a few days a week, and LOVES animals. He enjoys going to a nearby farm! · Both parents are physicians and work outside of the home. · This family has employed an ABC nanny the last few years, and they have adored her, but sadly she is moving out of state. They hope to find another amazing nanny who will be with them for years to come! About the Job: · All standard nanny manager duties including laundry, dishes, activities, organizational projects, light cooking, walk the dog, errands, light tidying up around the home. The family has a housekeeping service for all deep cleaning, so no heavy housekeeping is needed. · Driving related to the children is required, and mileage reimbursement is being offered. · All standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of PTO of your choosing, and additional weeks to coordinate with the family (they know their vacation schedule 6+ months ahead of time so you can plan too), paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered. · Standard vaccinations desired! The Ideal Candidate: will understand that the children are top priority, and will be flexible, trustworthy, and want to be a loving part of their family! Also, time management skills are important in order to keep their home/lives running smoothly. Someone who’s a ‘go-getter’, has a positive attitude, a strong communicator (written and verbal) and is proactive around the house would fit in best with this family. Desired Start Date: March 15th Rate of Pay (Gross): $18-$24/hr, based on experience.
