Bear Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities in Menomonie, WI. Shifts: • Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am • Friday - Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm • Friday – Sunday 5:30pm - 3:30am Pay Rate: • $16.85-$18.85/HR Please Call Amy at 715-598-2143 Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. Responsibilities: • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization • Complete diary logs into inventory • Report any discrepancies • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills: • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to lift heavy objects All the benefits you need for you and your family: • Multiple health plan options • Vision & dental plans for you & dependents • Associate discounts in-store and online • Financial benefits including 401(k), stock purchase plans and more • Education assistance for Associate and dependents
