Ace Self Storage is looking for a Part time experienced Customer Service Professional to Join our team!
Ace Self Storage is a progressive, family-owned self-storage company that has been in business for over 30 years. Presently, the company is comprised of multiple self-storage Locations in California and Nevada. If you are looking to join a stable, well-established company, we want to add your skill set to our team!
Required Skills and Experience:
• Customer service, Works effectively in a minimally supervised environment and meets needs of facility
• Cleaning, basic knowledge of maintaining a clean office and facility, Sweeping, & trash clean up
• Looking for someone who works well with others and has solid work ethic
• Effective communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management
• Must have valid Driver license and transportation
Job Description:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
*Excellent Customer Service always, Greet Customers
*Answer inquiries by phone and email
*Schedule appointments for new rentals
*Provide tours of facility check and clean bathrooms as needed
*Collection calls, Collect fees, deposits and rent
*Prepare and submit emails
*Prepare and sign Rental agreements
*Follow up with prospects
*Records Prospects in computer
*Facility Checks and clean up
* move-out inspections
