Need hard working, quick learning, reliable installers for a very busy Weatherization company. We work in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Clay and do some out of town work as well. We will train, but some construction experience is preferred. We do a lot of ladder work, and some lift work, so you should be comfortable with heights and physically able to handle extension ladders and up to 40 lbs. of materials. Pay is piece work (per job), and averages over $20/hour per person once you are trained. Must have reliable transportation to and from our warehouse. For out of town jobs we pay all meal, hotel and travel expenses.
