Material Handlers are responsible for performing site warehousing functions that support the overall operations and other customer-related activities. The activities may include but are not limited to receiving, kitting, cycle counting, shipping, etc. Job Duties: · Pick orders to support production lines · Receive inbound material and stock into designated locations Production Talent is responsible for supporting production to meet customer demands. Job Duties: · Debox/Detrash product and prep for mounting operations · Inspect product · Prepare product for final inspection · Apply ceramic application to wheels when ordered · Prepare and stock kitted components and ensure invoice accuracy Requirements: · Understand and follow Company’s policies and is dedicated to safety and quality · Promote and embrace the Company’s culture and customer first commitment to quality and delivery · Live by their CORE VALUES · Manufacturing experience is helpful, but they are willing to train the right Talent. · Be able to consistently lift 50 pounds unassisted and at times up to 80 · Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time. · Must be committed and reliable. Must have reliable transportation - this company as located 15 miles South of Green Bay. Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am
