Customer Service Representative Job Duties include: • Handling a variety of benefit questions through calls/emails/messaging system • Answering questions around surface-level invoicing • Fielding approximately 25 calls per day You will be successful in this role if you place a high value on customer service, empathy and are reliable. Customer Service Representative Requirements: • 3-5 years in a Customer Service environment (or a mix of education and experience) • High Speed internet with a router since you will not be in the office until later in the year • Type 40+ WPM Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Pay: $18/hr (You will be paid weekly - every Friday) Benefits when hired by employer: • Health • Vision • Dental • 401(k) Location: Currently work from home (Must be local to Scottsdale area, as you will be returning to the office later this year) Interested?
