Immediate opening for Maintenance Tech to join the team at an RV Resort in Goodyear. Position is full-time and periodically will be on-call. Maintenance Techs must have good time management. The day to day tasks of this position will include but not be limited to: *Perform custodial and maintenance services to ensure the cleanliness and proper operations of the facility. *Perform minor electrical, carpentry, painting, and plumbing works *Perform Pool and Spa testing and cleaning *Perform general janitorial duties (empty and clean trash cans, clean the high windows) *Read meters on a monthly basis and as needed *Maintain lighting systems throughout the center, cleaning fixtures, replacing bulbs *Keep a well-maintained appearance and safe atmosphere of the development *Operate equipment (tractor and backhoe) *Respond quickly to emergency situations *Perform other duties as requested Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationship
